ABOUT RIGA ZOLITUDE GRAMMAR SCHOOL
Riga Zolitude Grammar School was opened in 1986 (its original name was Riga Secondary School Number 91). The school has been developing for 25 years concerning society growth tendencies and changes in national system of education.
School environment and educational process has been improving over the years, and today we have a creative school community being lead by Svetlana Semenko.
Riga Zolitude Grammar School unique identity has been establishing in these 25 years. We are trying to provide a high quality educational process, apply innovative teaching methods and approaches; concentrate on technical sciences and language skills profound mastering.
The main goal of our school is to provide the opportunities for students’ overall development. The students and their parents can choose between various curricula types both at basic and secondary level of studies: classes with maths-delivered and language-profound curriculum. We offer a wide range of out-of-school activities. These are clubs for developing skills and talents, such as School Theatre, Ballet Studio, Debate Club, sports groups, swimming classes etc.
School methodical system provides individual support for every student. There is Centre of Social Psychological assistance where qualified specialists help both students and parents in solving both educational and cooperation problems.
The high quality of educational process and staff assistance help our students graduate form school and become members of university students’ community. You can find our school graduates in various fields of life; they become successful lawyers, doctors, pharmacists, economists, mathematicians, teachers, actors, philologists, journalists, entrepreneurs etc.
We are open to our students, their parents, local and international cooperation partners; we are working to meet high standards of modern educational process. We are ready to challenge, ready to be challenged.
